We keep account and product information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app. After account deletion, we delete account and product data from active systems, subject to the exceptions described below. Some operational records, backups, logs, security records, or limited information may remain for a limited period where necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons.

potions beauty provides in-app account deletion. When your account is deleted, we delete your account email, product records, uploaded text, uploaded product images associated with your account, and related app data from our active systems. In rare cases, deletion may be delayed for stored images, backups, logs, security records, or limited information we need to keep for legal, security, or operational reasons.
You may also submit privacy requests using our Privacy Request Form. We may ask you to verify the email address associated with your potions beauty account before processing a request.
Your Choices
- You can choose whether to add products by text, photo library, or camera.
- You can edit or delete product records in the app.
- You can sign out at any time.
